Safety is our top priority on our quad bike tours. Participants are provided with safety helmets. Guides offer instructions on safe riding techniques, and tours are conducted in small groups with one of our experienced guides leading the way and another supporting the rear of the group.
Are there age or weight restrictions?
Participants must be at least 21 years old and meet weight requirements specified by the ATV manufacturer for safety reasons.
What types of terrain can I expect to ride on?
The Malta Meet a Quad bike tour can traverses a variety of terrains including rugged trails, dirt tracks and rocky paths.
How long does the quad bike tour last?
Tour duration is that of 4 hours. Offering 2 tours from Monday to Saturday. In winter the start times are 09:00 and 14:00, whereas in summer the start times are 09:30 and 16:00.
Do I need to bring any special gear?
We will provide your safety helmet. Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities and closed-toe shoes, and it’s advisable to bring sunscreen and a water bottle.
Are quad bike tours environmentally friendly?
At Malta Meet a Quad, we prioritise environmental conservation and adhere to strict guidelines to minimise their impact on the surroundings. We stick to one designated trail, avoiding sensitive habitats, and we promote responsible riding practices.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In the event of adverse conditions such as heavy rain or storms, tours may be rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled for safety reasons. Participants are usually offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
